Delivery time depends on the customer’s location and courier service performance.

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Other locations: 4–7 business days
• Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, logistics issues, or high-volume periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or specific order value thresholds.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or tracking link.

5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
If an incorrect address is provided, additional charges may apply for reshipping.

6. Damaged, Leaking, or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must provide:
• A full open-box video showing the issue clearly
• A return request within 2 business days

This helps us verify and process your replacement or refund quickly.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

In rare cases where a shipment is lost or excessively delayed, we will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution.
Refunds or replacements will be issued based on courier investigation.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship products within India.
