Refund policy

At Jiyad Perfumes, we aim to deliver a smooth shopping experience and premium-quality products. If you face any issue, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following situations:

Defective or Damaged Product
If the product is damaged, leaking, broken, or defective, you may request a return or replacement.

Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive an item different from your order, we will arrange a replacement.

2. Open Box Video Required

To process any return request, customers must provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows:
• The unopened package
• The complete unboxing in a single continuous video
• The defect or issue visible clearly

Return requests without an open-box video will not be approved.

3. Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 2 business days of receiving the order.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Used products
• Items without original packaging
• Products damaged after delivery
• Returns without an open-box video

5. Refunds

Once the return is inspected and approved:
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds take 3–7 working days to process
For COD orders, refund will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.

6. Replacement Policy

If the item is in stock, a replacement will be arranged once the return is approved.
